The Mini Mini’s

Call me crazy but if I purchase specialty cupcakes from a bakery, I actually expect them to be special.

Et voila mes cheres, le petit petit! What’s so special about our mini mini’s? Well, they’re mini-cakes in mini-chocolate cups – to die for. Pop these in your mouth and experience the bold flavors of the creamy buttery buttercream, layers of moist cake and the white chocolate cup.

Mmmmh…did someone say mini-cupcake?

Chocolate Shock

There is such a thing as chocolate shock. Yes, your eyes don’t like. You are looking at a chocolate cake covered with chocolate buttercream, chocolate chips then drizzled with more chocolate. What you don’t see (or smell) is the layer of 70% chocolate spread with chili and the layer of Mexican chocolate mousse. I was told some lucky people died and went to heaven with a slice of this. It worried me for a second then I processed the information as a good thing. Could you resist this?

What are you craving?

I took my time filling this beautiful cake with white chocolate, lemon and fresh raspberries. Boy did it smell good. Note to self: Never leave a cake like this alone in the kitchen even if it’s to be delivered within the next hour. This cake should be called the cake that almost wasn’t (delivered). No, I don’t have little elves hiding in my kitchen but I did have 6 little eyes and 3 toothy smiles hiding in the pantry waiting for a chance to swipe this gateau. Three crafty and incredibly nimble (children) were thwarted seconds, and I do mean seconds, before plunging a huge knife into my hard work. Whew. That was close.

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cupcakes

Just when you think it can’t get any better, we make White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cupcakes.

They’re surprisingly moist and seriously delicious. The white chocolate buttercream and the crushed macadamia nuts make them practically irresistible.

After you bite into one, you realize you must have another one.

Mmmh…did someone say cake?
